Now Hiring the 2026 Farm Crew!

Position Overview:

We’re growing our team and inviting a small group of dependable, flower-loving folks to join the 2026 Farm Crew at Your Neighbor’s Flowers. Crew members work side by side throughout the season, supporting all aspects of life and business on our boutique flower farm and design studio. This role is a great fit for someone with prior farming or floral experience or an entry level candidate motivated to learn what it takes to run a small-scale cut flower operation. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliability and Punctuality: Our mornings begin together at 6:30AM sharp, and we depend on the full crew being present and ready to work for the entirety of each shift.

  • Preparedness: Farm work happens rain or shine. Crew members should come dressed for the weather, ready to work outdoors, and with a positive, flexible attitude.

  • Strong Work Ethic: The work can be fast-paced and physical, and we value folks who can stay focused, take care with details, and keep moving as part of a team.

  • Physical Strength: This role involves lifting, bending, standing, and being able to move comfortably for 5-hour shifts.

  • Team Spirit and Respect: We value kindness, collaboration, and respect for the land, each other, and the surrounding community, along with an appreciation for the seasonal rhythms of farm life.

2026 Positions, Schedule & Pay Rates:

1. Full Season Crew (Seeking 1 additional person)​

  • Requires full season commitment

    • Start Date:  April 6th | End Date: Early/Mid November​​

2. Peak Summer Season Crew (Seeking up to 2 people)​ 

  • Ideal schedule for high school or college students

    • Start Date:  Late May/Early June | End Date: Late August/Early September

Schedules: All shifts (for both Full Season and Peak Summer Season roles) are weekday mornings; M, T, W & TH from 6:30AM – 11:30 AM | Each crew member may work 1–4 of these five-hour shifts per week, depending on availability and fit.

Pay: Starting at $15/hour for entry-level candidates with no prior experience. Higher rates are available based on relevant experience and skillset, with opportunities for promotion and increased responsibility, and leadership roles throughout the season.

Farm Crew Gear Requirements:

Crew members should dress for the day’s conditions and bring what they need to stay comfortable and safe on the farm. For a detailed list of required gear please review the 'Farm Gear Requirements' page linked below:
