Now Hiring the 2026 Farm Crew!

Position Overview:

We’re building a team of hardworking, dependable, flower-loving individuals to join the 2026 farm crew at Your Neighbor’s Flowers. Crew members will work collaboratively throughout the season on a wide range of farm tasks. This position is ideal for anyone who already has farm experience or wants to learn more about running a small scale cut-flower operation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliability and Punctuality: We rely on the full team being ready to start together at 6:30AM sharp and expect everyone to stay for the entirety of their shift.

  • Preparedness: Crew members must have appropriate work attire and a positive attitude including a willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather (heat, rain, chilly mornings, etc) 

  • Strong Work Ethic: Must possess the ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Physical Strength: Must be able to lift, bend, and move comfortably on your feet for 5-hour shifts.

  • Team Spirit and Respect; for the farm, the crew, and the community as well as an appreciation for the rhythm and flow of seasonal farm work.

2026 Season & Schedule:

Start Date: Monday April 6th | End Date: Mid - Late November 

Pay & Hours:

  • Pay: Starting at $15/hour, with higher rates possible based on experience and skillset plus opportunity for promotion and increased responsibility throughout the season.

  • Schedule/Hours: Weekday mornings, M, T, W & TH 6:30AM–11:30AM Each crew member's schedule may include 2–4 five hour shifts per week depending on availability and fit.

  • Crew Size: 3 crew members per shift

Farm Crew Gear Requirements:

Crew members must dress for the day’s conditions with:

  • Layers

  • Sun protection/hat

  • Personal work gloves if you do not want to use shared farm gloves

  • Rain gear (waterproof jacket, boots, pants or overalls are strongly recommended)

  • Comfortable and sturdy closed-toe shoes (crocs allowed for weeding)

Crew members must bring the following items to every shift:

  • Multiple water bottles

  • Snacks

  • Sunscreen

  • Bug screens or bug repellent

  • Change of clothes

  • Optional: Crocs for weeding

  • Optional: A swimsuit and towel for swimming hole at river

Farm Crew Perks:
